In my lessons I aim to be receptive to my students, recognising locations of both stamina as well as weakness and adjusting the rate, style and method of the lessons as necessary. Throughout my discovering of mathematics I have always felt that I engage the most with the subject via doing many example troubles, so I would certainly put a high value on this strategy to learning in my lessons. I will take another look at the last week's material at the start of each lesson to ensure a sound understanding and to build self-confidence for the tutees as they move forward.
